About We Rock the Spectrum Laredo
I am Andrea and my husband Gabriel are the new owners of We Rock the Spectrum Laredo. We have been married since 2019 and we have two beautiful kids, Sebastian and Fernanda.
Before becoming a mom, I was always interested in serving and helping others, but I never knew how. Then, I became a mom, and it has been the most beautiful but the most difficult thing in my life. Sebastian’s diagnosis was a very difficult process that we went through as a family, and it continues to be a challenge every day because no one prepares you to be a mom, much less to be a mom with a child with a special condition. However, I believe that Sebastian’s diagnosis has brought us closer as a family, I have met many friends, and it has led me to ask myself what I can do to help this community.
I have a lot of enthusiasm to do something for Sebastian, for Fernanda, for the children of Laredo, and for all the families, so they can find a safe place and never have to say, “I’m sorry”. God sent us a child with a different way of seeing the world, but maybe God needed us to see the world differently. Behind this diagnosis comes a story that is about to begin 🙂
